It is that time of year again and we are all getting ready for Bloom in the Phoenix Park, We decided to take a stand outside this year so let’s hope the weather is fine. We added Lemon Posset to our “Slightly Extravagant” range in March. It is served in two glass ramekins and we are extremely excited about this dessert as it is a classic one and only contains three ingredients; Cream, Sugar, and Lemon. It is simple and delicate on it’s own however for a special occasion we serve it with a berry compote or shortbread.
Other serving suggestions include toasted almonds and roasted rhubarb.
Glenilen Farm has launched a new “Mango & Passion Fruit” Jar. We are extremely excited about this new product because not only does it taste completely differently than all of our other yoghuts but it’s lovely to see a splash of colour in the Glenilen section on the supermarket shelves. These youghuts are now available both in Ireland and the UK so we hope you enjoy!
